There are days, weeks, months when I love being surrounded by hustle and bustle, always busy, always going or coming. But then there are other times when I fantasize about what life might be like if I lived in a house like this, in a snowy forest: Sparse, clean, simple, just me and my books and my future dog and maybe my laptop (or maybe not). I think I'm happiest somewhere in the middle of those two extremes, but the latter sure can be tempting.
