i can't remember where i first read about ojai, calif., and its "pink moments"--the time of day when the setting sun creates a brilliant shade of pink for several minutes over ojai valley and its adjacent mountains--but i love everything about the idea of them, and i wish we had them here.

I was driving home from the beach today and realized that the mountains create such brilliant pink hues at sunset almost every evening... So beautiful! I haven't had the opportunity to capture it all on film just yet, but I plan to! :)
