Rifle Paper Co. iPhone cases

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a total Rifle Paper Co. fangirl—I can't get enough of Anna Bond's whimsical, vintage-inspired designs, and it just so happens that her bricks-and-mortar storefront is located in the town where I grew up (and where my parents still live—it's about two hours north of Sarasota). So of course, when Anna announced Rifle would be producing iPhone cases, I knew I would be buying one.

It just so happened that the Winter Park shop began selling the iPhone cases last Thursday—they'll be for sale online this week—so my lovely mother went and picked one up; it was waiting for me when I arrived at my parents' house on Friday night. And I have to say, in addition to the design being totally charming, the quality is also really great (let's be honest, I would have bought one even if it wasn't, but sturdiness is a nice surprise. Take notes, Kate Spade). The one my mom got me has a hard outer shell, but there's also a rubber inlay that wraps around the phone to offer it even more protection if it's dropped, which—again, let's be honest—mine will be. We'll see how the whole thing wears over time, but for now consider me sufficiently impressed—and happy that my phone, which has been naked since I upgraded it in December, has a pretty case again.

Update: The iPhone cases are now available on Rifle's website right here!

  2. As you well know, a fellow Rifle fan girl over here, too. Hopping on over to scope them out!! Eeek! This one's a stunner - what a lovely treat from your kind mama.

Still so, so jealous that you get to visit the BAM storefront.

    1. If you ever happen to be in Winter Park, Florida, we will have a Rifle Paper Co. meet-up and then go get coffee/tea at the little cafe up the street and it will be glorious. :) So glad you are a fellow RPC/stationery lover!

  3. So pretty! Thinking about getting one but can't decide if I should get one with the inlay. Do you like it? Does it make the phone feel too bulky?

    1. Hey Sophie! The option with the inlay definitely adds some bulk to the phone, but I tend to drop things (a bit of a klutz here!), so I definitely wanted the extra protection. It's definitely not like an Otterbox or anything, though. And yes--I love the case a lot. :) Happy shopping!

    2. Thanks for responding! I know what you mean. I dropped my laptop twice in 5 minutes and broke the screen.... guess I'll be ordering the one with extra protection. Love your blog! So glad a came across it.

  4. Kate Spade take notes, indeed! I bought an adorable case from them awhile back, and within a few days it was stretched out. I'm currently rocking a $1 bumper case from Amazon, but the Rifle Paper case is much cuter. Such a nice surprise!
