peas and love.


it's been awhile since i've cooked something from scratch. i bake a lot, but my standbys for dinner, unless i go out, are usually black beans and rice, pasta or cereal (special k, i love you). still, i love cooking, so when i saw this simple recipe for truffled gnocchi with peas and chanterelles, i knew i'd be making it sometime soon. it's full of all my favorite things (potatoes! truffle anything! peas! chives!)--doesn't it look yummy?
